• AlFursan members can earn Reward Miles only if the full name on the rental agreement matches the full name on the membership account, thus membership card must be presented at the time of rental for verification. 
• Renters can Claim Reward Miles earned against their rentals, one rental at a time; consecutive or shared rentals are not eligible for Miles, in which case Miles will be granted for the eligible rentals. 
• Mile credits are strictly based on non-contracted rates only. 
• The offer does not apply to corporate, agency, ministry or SUV rentals, car with driver, trucks, tour companies, monthly rentals, etc. 
• The renter must meet all requirements such as driver age, insurance, and pre-booking. 
• Claiming Missing Reward Miles must be submitted within 180 days of the car return, and for Claiming Missing Reward Miles, an original copy of the rental agreement must be available; all renters are advised to keep their copy.
