You can redeem your ALFURSAN Reward Miles for free tickets (on Saudia or Sky Team partner flights) or you can upgrade only one class on Saudia from Guest to Business or Business to first class. (Terms and conditions apply)

First: Onboard Saudia

Reward Miles can be redeemed for free tickets on Saudia flights and you can also upgrade your travel class on Saudia flights.

Guest class redemption tickets:

What distinguishes ALFURSAN program is the flexibility to redeem reward miles. Multiple redemption classes of travel are available. We have offered you with a variety of guest class options based on the seats availability, giving you the opportunity to make a confirmed reservation most of the time. The fare will be charged in miles according to the availability of flights and the class of booking. (Please refer to the reward miles table).

First and Business class redemption tickets:

For members wishing to fly Business and First Class, ALFURSAN program provides them with a choice of Business and First Class reward tickets on domestic and international Saudia flights (see reward miles table).

Travel class Upgrade:

ALFURSAN members can redeem reward miles for a one-class upgrade where you can upgrade your class from Guest to Business or Business to First Class. (See reward miles table). (Terms and conditions apply).

How to redeem reward miles:

• Login to ALFURSAN online.
• Choose “redeem miles” under booking list.
• Choose your flights and fill all booking information.
• Issue redemption ticket.
  
  

When booking an international or domestic flight and after choosing your flights, you will need to enter your credit card information in the next step in case there are any fees or taxes on the ticket.

Upon completion of the process you can view your reservation and e-ticket number, and you will receive an SMS via your mobile phone as well as an email.
